In line with our genealogy research for clients wishing to have their family history explored, we adopt the exact same proven techniques to locate rightful beneficiaries to an unclaimed Estate.

We research Estate's that are detailed on the extensive HM Government Treasury listing, in particular, those which have proved very difficult for a number of reasons, to establish a surviving heir or beneficiary. As a result of this, we devote special attention to Estate's that have remained outstanding for in excess of 15 years since a death. After a period of 30 years, the Government Treasury claim the Estate in full, and it is then subsequently removed from their lists.

Our aim is simple; to locate the rightful recipient to the Estate before the 30 year expiry date is reached.
