Like most other websites, this site uses Google Analytics to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people that are using our site and to better understand how they find and use our web pages.
Although Google Analytics records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. Google Analytics also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google does not grant us access to this. On this basis, we consider Google to be a third-party data processor.

The computers and databases that we use are password protected with no access being made available to third parties.
Once our research is complete, any original documentation that you have shared with us will be included within the report that we issue to you. The personal data of any living people will not be included within this report, nor will it be shared with any third party.
Any subsequent research notes that are no longer needed by either you or us, will be securely destroyed.
